Serengeti Migration – 8Day From 25th -31st December

Trip Summary:

At this time of year, the great herds of wildebeest are in the southern plains of the Serengeti ecosystem in their traditional calving grounds. This is the green season in northern Tanzania and a very beautiful time of year.

Arusha, Lake Manyara National Park, Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Ngorongoro Crater.

Detailed Itinerary.

Day 1 on 25th December.

After breakfast and a short safari briefing, you will be driven to Lake Manyara National Park with a picnic lunch for a full day game drive. Dinner and overnight at Havanature campsite.

Day 2 on 26th December

An early start today includes a drive via Ngorongoro to the Southern Serengeti with game drive and picnic lunch en route. Dinner and overnight at Simba campsite.

Days 3 on 27th December

Following breakfast you will have a full day of game viewing in the Ndutu region. Picnic lunches can be enjoyed en route. Dinner and overnight at Ndutu camp.

Days 4 & 5 on 28th December

The following two days you will continue to experience the migration at Ndutu. Picnic lunches can be enjoyed en route. Dinner and overnight at Ndutu camp.

Day 6 on 29th December

Following breakfast and a morning game drive travel by way of Olduvai Gorge to the Ngorongoro Crater. Dinner and overnight at the Ngorongoro Simba campsite

Day 7 on 30th December

Enjoy a full day on the floor of the Crater. Lunch will be at the picnic site. Ascend from the Crater for dinner and overnight at Karatu lodge.

Day 8 on 31st December

Drive back to Arusha by way of a visit at Esilalei Maasai Village for a cultural tour. Transfer to the airport for your international flight.

Cost $1,440usd per person sharing; Deposit paid is $440usd per person and final balance to be paid on arrivals to Tanzania.
